I brought in what I thought was a hopeless case - a white fur coat with red dye colour run from a feather boa.Sherilyn messaged me personally to explain the risks involved with the process she would use to try and remove the dye and was upfront about the cost (which was very reasonable).She made the impossible work and has restored my coat to like new condition! Thankyou so much again for saving my favourite coat 🩷🩷

It has been grueling. My shirt garments have not been returned in almost three months. I have tried to communicate with owners but the reporting has been a constant denial of responsibility. I left these shirts in the trust that they would be dry cleaned and basically I have been ignored in my attempts to retrieve them . Unfortunately, they were very expensive garments and any hope of reimbursement has not been forth coming. As I have become aware that I am not the only customer whose garments have gone missing, I am wondering whether there is some inconsistency of operations. A spanner in the works! Obviously, I am very disappointed in this service and in no way could I recommend you trust this business with your garments, especially if they are expensive items. Common decency doesn't seem to be understood at all!. Re reply: Constant misrepresentation of circumstance and denial being given garments. I asked for a docket but the owner said he needn't give me one and that I'd get a call instead. So the right procedure was not followed by the owner.. Such a fake and hollow reply to this point. And so matronising! How convenient to say they have no record when you don't record it yourself! Such insincere disappointment.Not good enough!

Down doonah that cost me $600 some how vanishes from existence because it was labelled incorrectly. It's been 3 months, tried contacting multiple times and treated like a leper. Do not use their service. Absolutely criminal.

I sent my jacket for dry cleaning 4 months ago and still have not received it back. I have received three text messages when I have asked for updates but basically ignored.This is a system of trust. I left my jacket and fully expected it back.I understand things can go wrong but apologies and explanations are necessary.Surely minimum duty of care is to keep me informed rather have me follow up.I will never use this business again and would recommend it to nobody.I have never left a negative review ever but this makes me very sad.
